Overview
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) are producing a Local Development Framework. (see link for details).
Local Development documents, which will comprise the Local Development Framework (LDF) will replace the current Unitary Development Plan (UDP).
The LDF will not fully replace the existing UDP (as amended in 2007 and 2011) as the statutory local plan until the process (including rounds of public consultation) has been completed and a number of development plan documents (DPDs) formally adopted.
Why We Are Consulting
The framework will help guide development and will be taken into account in deciding planning applications.
